What is this programme?

This is a 6 week group for clients who have completed one of our primary treatment programmes, i.e., our residential programme, the night problem drinkers group, or the dual diagnosis group.

Clients who have a significant period of sobriety and are deemed by our clinical staff to be in need of relapse prevention education may also attend this group.

The group provides education on: recognising and managing the symptoms of post acute withdrawal, understanding the relapse process, managing cravings and stress. When does it take place? The group takes place on Thursdays, 2.15 - 3.45pm.
